We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our busy Blanchardstown team.

The Role

In this position, you will be the face of Diffney on the shop floor. This isn't just about restocking shelves—it’s about understanding a customer’s needs and providing honest, expert advice.

• Consultative Selling: Assisting customers with everything from casual weekend wear to formal suiting for weddings and events.
• Product Knowledge: Staying sharp on our current collections, fabric types, and fit profiles.
• Store Standards: Maintaining a premium shopping environment through diligent merchandising and stock management.
• Service Excellence: Ensuring every visitor receives the attentive, professional service Diffney is known for.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred, particularly in menswear or high-end apparel.
• Interpersonal Skills: You should be comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers and building a quick rapport.
• Professionalism: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a polished personal presentation.
