Part Time Office Administrator (Temporary)

This role is a part time temporary contract for a period of 6 weeks commencing Monday 6th January 2025. The hours of work are 9am-2pm Monday to Friday. This temporary contract is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build their work experience in an office environment.

General Office Administration

  • Ensuring franking machine credit is up to date and labels are in stock.
  • Opening and checking mail each morning
  • Logging all cheques / cash on CRM
  • Ensure staff contact list is updated
  • Ensure stationary cupboard is up to date and liaise with staff with stationary requirements.
  • Manage refreshments for those attending meetings and ensuring Kitchen staples are in stock (Milk, tea, coffee)
  • Manage the boardroom booking calendar
  • Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
  • Responsible for Info@jaccandjill.ieand follow up with relevant colleagues
  • Responsible for bringing post to the post office at the end of their working day.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and competencies;

  • Ideally, the candidate should have some admin / office based experience, however, training will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS suite including strong excel skills are essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: €1.00-€2.00 per year
