OFFICE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY

Accountancy practice requires part time assistant/secretary.

Duties

Answering the phone, general office duties to include Dictaphone typing, filing, photocopying, general administration

Invoicing, filing and maintaining office records on receipts & expenditure.

Ordering office supplies and other ad hoc duties that may

Be proficient in use of Word, Excel, pdf and Outlook.

Experience required.

Position is Flexible and may suit persons returning to work after career break

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €25,400.00-€45,318.71 per year
