Upper James Toyota is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist who has flexible hours, but is committed to the role. After training, you will work approximately 20 hours per week. Shifts will vary and you must be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and every other Saturday.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and direct them appropriately

• Stock incoming and outgoing vehicles

• Answer and forward telephone calls

• Record and relay information

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Read, write and speak English

• Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Email

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Availability to cover the Full-Time Day Reception shift and vacation when needed is an asset

• Proper business attire

• Automotive experience is an asset
