Graffeo Cloud Solutions is a boutique cloud consulting agency specializing in systems architecture, development, design, and automation. We design and deliver end-to-end business solutions for clients across the U.S. and abroad using Zoho, Microsoft, Qntrl, Skyvia, and other leading cloud platforms.

About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to help organize and maintain our financial records in Zoho Books. This is a straightforward bookkeeping position focused on accurate data entry, categorization, and monthly reconciliation of transactions — not advanced accounting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and highly discreet, able to handle confidential financial information with professionalism. You’ll work independently but will have simple, clear instructions and processes to follow.

This is a remote U.S.-based position, though preference will be given to candidates located in Boca Raton/South Florida for potential in-person onboarding or occasional meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Categorize and record transactions from Mercury Bank accounts in Zoho Books.
  • Maintain consistent categories, account naming, and accurate records.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly and verify totals against bank statements.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm payment details or resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare basic cash flow forecasts and weekly/monthly summary reports.
  • Track recurring expenses and highlight unusual or large transactions.
  • Flag unclear items for review.
  • Ensure all data is handled with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Based in the U.S. (ideally South Florida) and eligible to work as an independent contractor or vendor.
  • 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or detailed data-entry work.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and data security.

Compensation & Hours:

  • $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and accuracy.
  • 2–5 hours per week (approximately 10–15 hours per month).
  • Initial cleanup project: 20–30 hours of one-time setup and backlog work.
  • Flexible schedule — work any time as long as deadlines are met.

Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
