Job Overview:

We are seeking a persuasive and motivated part-time remote sales closer to follow up with potential clients who have already had an in-house sales consultation and received a quotation. Your role will be to re-engage these leads via phone calls, address any concerns, and ultimately guide them toward finalizing their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call pre-qualified clients who have received a quotation but have not yet placed an order.
  • Discuss client feedback, address any objections, and reinforce the value of our offerings.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to build trust and encourage the client to move forward with their order.
  • Follow up systematically and keep detailed records of each conversation and outcome.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve any issues preventing the client from closing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales closing or a similar role.
  • Strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours (part-time) to engage with clients at optimal times.
