Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant from 20-23 November. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining display cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you are passionate about retail and enjoy helping customers, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• 9am to 10pm daily
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Ability to work well in a team and handle challenging situations with patience
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Sales and Merchandising:

• Assist customers with product selection and offer upselling or cross-selling options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Keep shelves and displays organised and fully stocked.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organised environment.
• Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers and boost sales.
