We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual to join our team in our busy flagship Bella Baby store in Dundrum!

This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week) and a brilliant opportunity to work in a fun, rewarding, and customer-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one retail environment

Experience in the nursery industry is not essential – full training will be provided to bring you up to our exceptional standards, but experiance in customer service/retail is a must.

• Delivering outstanding service to expectant parents and families
• Providing advice and support through a very exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) time

Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened two more stores - Cork, Dundrum, and our UK store in London. WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?

• Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals on a monthly basis by providing exceptional and personal service to our lovely customers.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Go the "extra mile” to drive sales and provide the best service for our customers.
• Cross-sell products.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Prioritizing customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.
• Our stores operate between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday & 10am-6pm on Sundays.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident communicator
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Comfortable with basic IT systems and confident handling sales and stock information
• Strong numeracy skills and accuracy at the till
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing store needs
• Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise tasks in a busy retail environment
• High attention to detail, especially in merchandising and maintaining store standards
