Part Time Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

This position will be 3 days a week, aproximately 24 hours a week. This position will work almost every Saturday and 2 other days M-F.

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Familiarity with retail math for basic calculations
- Proficiency in upselling techniques
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
