Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and energetic Activity Coordinators to join our team at Navan Adventure Centre. This is a hands-on role where you will be leading activities, working with children and groups, and helping to deliver unforgettable experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Activity Coordinators are at the heart of what we do. You will be responsible for ensuring activities run safely, smoothly and with great energy, while providing excellent customer service to schools, birthday parties, camps and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming groups including birthday parties, school tours and team-building groups
• Setting up and tidying activity areas and equipment before and after sessions
• Leading and supervising activities in a fun, safe and professional manner
• Delivering safety briefings and ensuring all rules are followed at all times
• Supporting group leaders and teachers to ensure schedules run smoothly
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues to management
• General cleaning of party rooms, bathrooms and equipment

Requirements

• Available to work midweek (from mid-May) and weekends
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a supportive team
• Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
• Garda Vetting will be required

This is a part-time, temporary role, starting from late April to 26th June. There may be an opportunity for some candidates to extend their position and continue working through the summer period, depending on availability and business needs.
