Location: Churchtown & Knocklyon
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Rate: €600-1000 Per Month

About FIREFIT
FIREFIT is a community-driven training facility offering a variety of group fitness classes including strength, cardio, heated spin, and reformer pilates. With locations in Churchtown and Knocklyon, we’re focused on creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where people of all levels feel supported, motivated, and most importantly a part of a community.

We’re now looking for a creative and passionate part-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us tell our story and connect with more people online.

The Role

You’ll work across both studios to capture, create, and share content that reflects the energy, people, and everyday moments that make FIREFIT unique.

Key responsibilities:

• Visit both studios regularly to capture photo and video content
• Creating fun, engaging, and on-brand content - mostly Reels, Stories, and Posts
• Schedule and post 3-5 times per week with a consistent brand tone
• Help create a monthly content calendar based on what’s happening at FIREFIT (class launches, challenges, events, etc.).
• Brainstorm fun and engaging ideas that showcase the energy and community of the gym.
• Plan content around launches, challenges, events, and key dates
• Engage with the FIREFIT community online through comments, DMs, and re-sharing member content
• Monitor post performance and share simple feedback on what’s working

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about fitness, content, and storytelling
• Interested in becoming part-time of the team, regularly taking part in classes.
• Confident using Instagram and Facebook for content creation and posting
• Comfortable filming and editing on your phone (e.g. using CapCut, InShot, or Canva)
• Creative, reliable, and self-motivated
• Previous experience is welcome, but not required - we value initiative, enthusiasm and becoming a part of the journey.
