Part Time Teller

Job Overview:

Buffalo Metropolitan Federal Credit Union seeks a part-time teller (up to 29.5 hours/week) with open availability, especially Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates and those with banking or credit union experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

• Assist account holders with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain positive attitude.
• Update and verify account information.
• Help cover other roles as needed.
• Deliver professional, friendly member service and accurately process teller transactions.
• Retain information on products, services, and eligibility to assist members.
• Resolve member issues or escalate them as needed.
• Multi-task, work well under pressure, and cross-sell Credit Union products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• 1-2 years banking/teller experience preferred.
