Classic Football Shirts is continuing its expansion into the U.S. market with the launch of a summer Pop-Up store in Dallas. As a market leader in original and authentic football shirts, we’ve built a loyal global customer base by offering a diverse and rare collection of vintage shirts. Job title: Part Time Retail Assistant (Temporary Pop-Up)
Location: Boston - The Superette, Suite 430, MA 02210
Contract: Temporary (mid-May to end of July)
Hours: Part time hours (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming store environment
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases

Sales Support:
Support the team in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Store Operations:
Assist with daily store tasks including opening/closing duties
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards

Inventory Management:
Support stock control, replenishment, and deliveries
Assist with stock takes and ensure accurate product handling

Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support supervisors and managers as needed

About you:
Passionate about football, with an interest in classic and authentic shirts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
