Part Time Tour Guide

You must have a valid PSV licence.

Tour Guide Role:

A Perfect Pint Tour Guide is responsible for providing an authentic, fun, and engaging experience for our customers.

You will manage all aspects of a live tour, from meeting and greeting guests at the assigned pickup point, to overseeing vehicle transport and operations management, delivering the tour and product script, liaising with pub partners, and most importantly, hosting our guests and ensuring they have a great time.

An interest in Irish hospitality—and particularly Guinness—is an added bonus, but not essential.

A one-of-a-kind tour experience designed for Guinness enthusiasts and curious travellers.

We offer a unique opportunity to explore Ireland's authentic pub culture and sample the best pints of Guinness from some of the most iconic and traditional Irish pubs in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as the lead tour guide and manage the live tour experience
• Learn and deliver the tour script
• Manage and host the tour group, ensuring a positive experience
• Act as the main point of contact for the driver and pub partners
• Ensure venue partners are satisfied
• Encourage and generate 5-star reviews on platforms such as Viator, TripAdvisor, and Google Reviews

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Confident public speaker
• A passion for Guinness
• An engaging, positive, and energetic personality
• Experience in hospitality or a similar field (not essential)
• Tour guide experience (a bonus, but not essential)
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Rates:

• €25 per hour plus tips
• Minimum pay of €100 (even for a 2–3 hour tour)
• All tips are yours and are generally very good, though not guaranteed
• Tips typically range from an additional €50 to €300, depending on group size and other factors

Working Hours:

Tours operate between 12pm and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
No late nights—95% of tours take place in the afternoon.

Please note: we are initially looking for someone available 1–2 days per week.
