Part Time Trainee Cook/Chef

Café Jacques is a busy seaside café overlooking the south beach in Skerries. We are a café that continues to create its menu’s by using the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers even growing some of our own vegetables. We aim to create a café full of character but above all, a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with breath-taking views.

Our cafe is open from 9am -6pm so chef/cooking hours are based between 8:30am and 6pm.

We are looking for an applicant who enjoys cooking and working with food. Experience is not essential and full training will be provided where required.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills

- Be organised and flexible

- The ability to use their own initiative and work as part of our Team

- Enjoy cooking and working with food
