Part-Time/Full-Time Swimming Coach (Woodlands Area)

Join Our Team as a Swimming Instructor & Make a Splash in Kids’ Lives!

Are you passionate about swimming and eager to inspire the next generation of confident swimmers? No experience? No problem! We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and provide comprehensive internal training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver fun, engaging swimming lessons based on our innovative teaching syllabus.
• Continuously update and improve the Learn-to-Swim (LTS) curriculum to keep lessons exciting and effective.
• Create a safe, encouraging environment where every swimmer can progress at their own pace.
• Conduct assessments, celebrate achievements, and help swimmers reach their goals.
• Instill core values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship in every lesson.
• Assist in planning and executing swimming meets, camps, and community events.
• Be a friendly, supportive contact for parents and members.
• Participate in our internal training program—no experience needed! We’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed.
• Take on additional duties to help build a lively, inclusive swimming community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for swimming and helping children develop confidence in the water.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid First Aid and CPR-AED certifications are a plus, but not required, as training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
• Ability to start immediately is a bonus!
