Partner Finance | Associate

Our Partner Finance team in Finance & Business Services manages the payment of current and retired partner income, partner benefits and related financial activity, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. As a Partner Finance Associate, you’ll play a vital role in to assist the team in the accurate and effective performance of key Partner Finance activities, working with clients across Finance & Operations (F&O) to collaborate with leadership in operationalizing strategic initiatives and influencing key decision-makers to drive successful business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities and provide timely, accurate information to the business.
  • Prepare deduction schedules, invoices, and payment support documents for partners, including retired partners and beneficiary payments.
  • Manage partner cost-related invoices, purchase orders, and support quarterly capital and annual renewal processes.
  • Maintain the beneficiary system, update the Partner Portal, and handle procedural documentation and templates.
  • Respond to queries from partners, retired partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, while contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree qualified in Business or Accounting.
  • Working towards CA/CPA qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent Excel and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Diligent in meeting deadlines and completing deliverables; basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
