Payroll & Project Management Intern

All about the role

The Payroll PMO intern will work closely with our Payroll Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Sponsors on delivering a very ambitious and strategic Payroll project which aims to transform the way we deliver payroll to our JET employees globally.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Management of our complex project plan: set up of plan, tracking of status of the plan
• Project reporting: gather input from all project leads to generate status report for teams and leaders
• Management of our RAID log: Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies tracking, reporting and escalations.
• Project Calendar: scheduling meetings and workshops for the various teams
• Organize logistics for in person meetings and workshops
• Manage project financials: business case, cost projection, budget monitoring, payment of invoices

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in English
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Currently studying a relevant Batchelors or Masters Degree
• Motivated, pro active and eager to learn
• Interested in Project Management, HR or Payroll
