Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Lead Business Analyst to join our team and lead business analysis efforts with hands-on experience in Blueprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the requirement elaboration and product ownership of enterprise-grade Pega applications, leveraging Blueprint for process modelling and requirement gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Utilize Blueprint to capture business requirements and translate them into Pega design artifacts.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX designers to align business requirements with Constellation design principles.
- Work with Pega architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with platform capabilities.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new features or changes.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case validation and defect triage.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pega Business Analyst (minimum 5 years).
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) in Version 8.X
- Strong understanding of Pega case lifecycle, data modeling, and integration capabilities.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
