We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced P&C Co-Ordinator to join our hardworking and fun-loving People and Culture team. This role plays a key part in coordinating and managing all people related requests in the employee lifecycle.
A day in the life of this role could look like:
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Transfers/changes
- Employment letters
- Managing P&C files
- Answering queries and managing a shared inbox
- Collaborating with the wider P&C Team on projects and initiatives

We're looking for someone with HR coordination/administration experience who wants to make a difference in Health. We are calling for applicants based in Wellington where you will work alongside another People and Culture Coordinator – working side-by-side you will be the glue that holds our P&C team together!
In this role you will bring:
- A customer focused approach
- Experience of HR processes, documentation and systems, data flows and dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Has implemented best practice People & Culture administration processes
- Sound knowledge of current New Zealand employment legislation
- A curious/improvement focused approach to problem solving
- Preferably health sector or related experience
