Your role
As our People & Culture Partner, you will work closely with managers to ensure that P&C processes function optimally in our fast-growing environment and you will play an essential role in the company's continued growth journey.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Further developing our existing People & Culture processes and routines and ensuring that they add value throughout the organization
  • Partnering with department heads to understand their team needs and provide guidance across the entire P&C lifecycle
  • Driving employee engagement, performance management, and professional development programs.
  • Ensuring effective use of our HR system (HiBob) across the organization
  • Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a world-class team.
  • Leading a team of two People Operations Partners, one based in Stockholm and one in Poland
  • Continuing to drive a digital and data-driven People & Culture environment to support decision making and continuously improve processes

More about you
We are looking for someone with strong generalist P&C skills who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You are highly ambitious, have a strong attention to detail while also being able to see the big picture and larger vision. You are comfortable with supporting managers in complex people matters and coaching them to grow their leadership skills and -abilities.

You bring several years of experience in operational P&C work, ideally within a similar industry or company. You have solid experience from recruitment, digitalization and people analytics and you have successfully been part of developing People & Culture across different geographies and cultures. You are fluent in English.
