Your Role at impact.com:

As the People Development intern, you will be responsible for assisting the team in a wide-variety of projects, with primary responsibilities relating to our internal learning and engagement software tools.

Taking ownership of tool maintenance, content auditing, and backend setup, you will work closely with various project teams responsible for employee onboarding, talent management processes, content development, and presentation delivery.

In addition to assisting with administrative and creative tasks, this role requires interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders in order to problem-solve technical difficulties, source relevant information, and market departmental initiatives.

This paid internship is 12 months with the potential option to extend at the end of the period. Please note that this is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to be in office a minimum of two days a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the design and implementation of employee learning and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist, develop and deliver training programs.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects related to talent management, career development and performance evaluation.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and interviews.
  • Provide administrative support for a number of initiatives, including employee onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning.
  • Take administrative ownership of People Development software tools, maintaining backend systems and content.
  • Maintain and optimize learning management systems.
  • Respond to requests for assistance from internal employees relating to tooling, educational materials, and processes.

What You Have:

  • Possess, or currently pursuing, a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Interest in organizational development and people-related functions.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to source, analyze and manipulate data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Nice to have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
