Location: Remote, UK preferred
Type: Full-time
Focus: Australia, New Zealand, with EU and US markets next
We are an Australia-headquartered, founder-led DTC ecommerce brand group building in health, home, water, wellness and sustainable consumer products.
We operate lean, move fast and are building around AI-first systems. We use a small core team supported by offshore execution, strong processes, creative testing, automation and performance marketing discipline.
We are looking for a commercially sharp performance growth operator to help improve and scale our paid acquisition engine, initially across Australia and New Zealand, with the EU and US as the next major growth markets.
Longer term, we expect to build a stronger UK/EU presence, with the potential for a London or regional office as the international business grows.
The role:This role is for someone who is genuinely strong in performance marketing, not a vague generalist.
Your core objective is simple: generate profitable sales growth.
You will lead paid growth across key ecommerce channels, with a focus on ROI, profitable customer acquisition, creative testing, funnel improvement, attribution, reporting and continuous optimisation.
The immediate priority is improving and scaling our current Australia/New Zealand growth engine. The next stage is helping test, launch and scale into the EU and US.
For the right person, this role has a clear pathway into broader growth leadership as results are delivered and the business scales.
What you’ll own:Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels
Improve campaign structure, testing cadence, creative feedback loops and budget allocation
Drive profitable growth across CAC, MER, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV and contribution margin
Use AI tools to improve campaign analysis, creative testing, reporting, workflow speed and optimisation
Build repeatable growth systems, not one-off campaign hacks
Work closely with creative, web, email, product and offshore support teams
Identify performance issues and translate them into clear actions
Improve landing pages, offers, bundles and conversion paths
Help strengthen attribution, tracking and commercial reporting
Support new-market testing, starting with the EU and US
Manage agencies, freelancers or internal support where required
You are a hands-on performance marketer with strong ecommerce experience.
You should have real depth in paid acquisition, especially Meta and/or Google, and understand how creative, offer, landing page, tracking and retention all affect performance.
You are already using AI to move faster, analyse better, create more variations, improve workflows and scale output without adding unnecessary headcount.
You do not need to be an expert in every area of ecommerce, but you do need to understand how the full growth system works and how each part affects sales, margin and scale.
Ideal experience:DTC ecommerce performance marketing
Meta Ads and/or Google Ads at meaningful spend levels
Creative testing and performance creative feedback
Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
CRO, landing pages and offer testing
Subscription, repeat-purchase or replenishment products
Attribution, tracking and reporting
AI tools for marketing, analysis, creative, reporting or workflow automation
Working with lean teams, agencies or offshore support
UK, EU, US, Australia or New Zealand market experience
TikTok, influencer, affiliate or creator-led growth would be a bonus
This is a chance to join an Australia-headquartered DTC ecommerce business at an important stage of growth.
You will have the opportunity to improve an existing growth engine, work directly with the founder and leadership team, and help shape the next stage of expansion into new markets.
We are not looking for someone to maintain campaigns. We are looking for someone who can improve performance, build better systems, increase sales and grow in responsibility as the business scales.
For the right person, this role can become much bigger over time.
