Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Conducting data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with clerical tasks as needed
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various tasks
- Utilising QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong administrative and clerical skills

Full/Part time - PA (all rounder) required - Park Royal, London NW10
An intelligent, hardworking and honest person is required to work in a serviced Office as a Office Assistant. The duties will include:
1. Answering the telephone and taking messages
2. Collecting details from clients and Employees
3. Print out emails enquiries and assist with recruitment
4. Liasing with all employees and students
5. Uploading pictures onto websites
6. Preparing recruitment
7. Making appointments and arrange dates for students
8. Maintaining the office diary
9. Coordinating appointments and meetings
10. Maintaining office files, databases and accounts
11. Sending letters to clients with updates on transactions in progression
The suitable candidate will be expected to work part time or full time and must be familiar with word, excel etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensure office and working areas are kept in a professional manner
- Liaise with Venues and assist with clients matters where necessary
- Rotas
- Meet and greet clients
- Manage daily post
- Answering telephone calls and ensuring messages are forwarded and recorded correctly
- Managing electronic document storage

- Competent mathematically

- Able to use Microsoft Office and proficient in a computer environment

As Personal Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including excellent organisation skills, pro-active diary management, drafting and preparing correspondence and communication, maintain filing systems and collating reports, as well as meeting and greeting guests on behalf of the company.
Reporting into the Managing Director you will be required to provide a comprehensive, confidential support and will assist in key projects and other ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation.
