Job description:
• Keep track of calendar appointments
• Cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits, personal insurance, and gather clientele
• Keep, update, and maintain a database of leads as well as follow up appointments
• Formulate creative ways of conversing with potential leads over the phone to entice follow up appointments
• Liaise with managers to follow up with successful leads
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Minimum Qualifications: Diploma and/or above
• Good listening skills and can display patience and empathy when dealing with leads
• Possesses persuasive skills and eagerness to achieve set KPIs
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Fast learner with a passion for over the phone interactions
• Former experience in Telemarketing/Admin will be considered favourably
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Freelance, Student job
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
