ASB are seeking an experienced and driven PA to support three of our General Managers within the Risk Division.
Mo te tūranga | About the Role:
This role will offer personal growth and career development opportunities and will set yourself up for progression into management level roles should that be of interest. You will act as key liaison person for internal and external clients on behalf of the General Managers and provide administrative services such as coordinating and completing material for presentations, record management, general filing and correspondence.
Few of the key responsibilities of this role also include:
- Help drive team engagement and coordinating team meetings, activities and events
- Perform secretarial duties including minute taking at team meetings and follow up on actions.
- Assist with enquiries and requests from customers and providing and/or sourcing relevant bank related information as appropriate.

- Previous experience in a similar role or business environment
- Superior organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy and accurate spelling and grammar skills
- PC Literacy, proven skills in the use of standard MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skills particularly an ability to relate to others at all levels
- Able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Exceptional communications and problem-solving skills
