About The Role
We are looking for a Personal Banking Team Leader to join our Atherton team in a full time capacity. This is great opportunity for someone with demonstrated leadership and sales skills to further their career in the finance industry. The ideal applicant will have previous financial services experience, with knowledge of Agribusiness, Lending and previous supervisory experience.
As a Personal Banking Team Leader your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position, working 38 hours per week.
About You
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
- Effective sales skills
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Ability to positively adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school certificate or similar qualification
- Financial experience (desired)
- Lending experience (desired)
- Previous experience with Business Banking, particularly Agribusiness (desired)
