We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide dedicated part-time care and companionship for an individual in their private residence. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for consistent, meaningful work and can offer flexibility and exceptional support. We Also serve clients across the region. Openings available now in Morgantown, Fairmont, Clarksburg, Bridgeport, And Bruceton Mills.
- Schedule: Part-Time/FullTime

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the client's safety, comfort, and well-being. Duties include:
- Companionship and Engagement: Providing warm, engaging companionship and encouraging participation in enjoyable and stimulating activities.
- Ambulation and Mobility Support: Safely assisting the client with movement, transfers, and walking to maintain their mobility and prevent falls.
- Light Housekeeping: Performing essential tidying and cleaning tasks within the client's living area to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the client’s dietary needs and preferences.
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting. (If needed)
Skills:
- Preferred Experience: Previous professional experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or in a related field.
- Domestic & Dietary Management: Proficient in light housekeeping and meal preparation, ensuring strict adherence to all dietary constraints and restrictions.
- Communication & Rapport: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to quickly build compassionate, respectful rapport with clients, families, and management.
- Professional Attributes: Inherently respectful, compassionate, and patient in all client and family interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and maintain complex schedules.
