Personal Support Worker (Casual)

We are looking for healthcare professionals to join our team in servicing our healthcare community. You will be a pivotal member of our company and our partners and will be treated as such.

Responsibilities:

Personal Support Workers play a vital role in our health care system where they work closely with our clients providing personal care. Duties include:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in personal residences or facilities
• Perform assigned tasks according to the Care Plan
• Work as a team with fellow Nurses and PSWs at facilities

Experience:

At least one year of Personal Support Worker experience, however, we welcome new graduates!

Qualifications:

• Current Resume
• Driver’s License or Government Identification
• PSW Certification
• Updated Immunization Records - Valid TB/Chest X-Ray (1 year)
• Negative Criminal Vulnerable Sector Screen (1 year)
• N95 mask fit certification (1 year)
• COVID Vaccinations (3 doses)
• Valid CPR or BLS
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills (Additional language skills considered an asset)
• Documents to support eligibility to work in Canada
• 3 employment references available upon request

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
