Pest & Wildlife Control Technician – Denver Metro Area

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Pest & Wildlife Control Technician. This position covers the Denver metro area, including Denver, Aurora, Commerce City, Lakewood, Arvada, Morrison, Thornton, Westminster, and surrounding cities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player who can also work independently
• Strong communication skills with co-workers, office staff, and especially customers
• Someone who takes direction well and shows initiative
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our policies and procedures
• Comfortable working in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
• Not afraid of pests or wildlife (including spiders, rodents, birds, bats, snakes, etc.)

Position Details:

• Location: Denver Metro Area
• Pay: Based on experience. Some jobs fall under prevailing wage (just under $30/hr)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday. Saturday work is extremely rare; Sunday only in emergencies
• Training: 2 weeks to 2 months depending on experience and performance

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb a 24’ ladder
• Must be able to work in tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics
• Clean driving record (DMV check required)
• Background check, physical, and drug test required
• Within 6 months, you must obtain a Certified Operator License in:
• Structural Pest Control (General, Residential/Commercial)
• Outdoor Vertebrate Control
• Non-Soil Fumigation (309B)
• Completion of these licenses comes with an automatic raise

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
