Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
• Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and techniques, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to perform treatments and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Provide expert advice to clients on pest prevention strategies, landscaping improvements, and sustainable farming practices.
• Drive company vehicles to different job sites while maintaining a clean driving record.
• Assist with lawn care, landscaping projects, or farming activities as needed to support overall property health.
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client interactions, and equipment maintenance for compliance and quality assurance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of pest control methods and products.
• Experience with lawn care, landscaping, agriculture or farming practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques to recommend services or products when appropriate.
• Physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments in various outdoor environments under different weather conditions. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
