The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for full-time and part-time Pharmacy/Retail Assistants who are passionate about customer care and want to make a real difference in their local community.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of our store team, helping create a welcoming and helpful environment for every customer who walks through the door.

Weekend availability is required, making this a great opportunity for students, parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking to supplement family income.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role you will:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, high-quality service

• Inform customers about current sales, promotions and products

• Assist with general customer enquiries

• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Help set up catalogue and promotional displays

• Support the team in keeping the store organised and running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Excellent customer service and people skills

• The ability to work well both in a team and independently

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous retail or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
