Phrn Healthcare Team Leader & Phrn Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PHRN Team Leaders to oversee and guide our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO healthcare and hospital settings, with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and mentor a team of PHRNs, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO healthcare or hospital settings, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Additional certifications in healthcare management or administration are a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment: High level of commitment and dedication to the application process, including thorough participation in all phases.
