We supply retailers, off-licenses, bars, restaurants, and hotels across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the USA, and the UAE. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Packing Operative to join our growing production team at our new premises in Dublin 12.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and efficient Packing Operative to ensure our products are packed, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality control. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Packing: Accurately pack products to meet customer specifications, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and packaging are used.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality before packing, ensuring everything meets our high standards before dispatch.
• Stock Organisation: Assist with stock rotation and help maintain a clean and organised packing area.
• Labeling: Ensure all orders are correctly labeled with product details, delivery instructions, and other necessary information.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure accuracy, reducing the likelihood of errors and returns.
• Product Handling: Handle products with care, ensuring fragile or delicate items are packed appropriately to prevent damage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing and timely order fulfillment.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to packing products accurately and securely.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a focus on contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and products as required.
