About The Haven

Opening early January 2026, The Haven is Santa Monica’s new boutique Pilates sanctuary designed for women in their prime (located right next to Tartine's patio)
Our mission is to help women build strength, confidence, and connection in a space that feels grounding, elevated, and deeply supportive.

What You’ll Do

• Teach thoughtful, strength-based Reformer classes (beginner, mixed, advanced)
• Personalize cuing and modifications for women ages 40–70
• Create a warm, grounded, encouraging experience for every client
• Support a strong, mindful, community-centered culture
• Deliver elevated, intelligent programming that aligns with The Haven’s mission
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team as we refine class formats, schedule, and the client journey

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates instructor (mat & reformer required)
• Confident, precise cuing with a calm, elevated presence
• Strong understanding of functional strength + longevity principles
• Warm, grounded, professional — able to make women feel seen
• Team-oriented, reliable, excited to grow with a new studio

Availability Needed (Evenings & Weekends)
As we prepare for our January opening, we are actively hiring instructors who are available to teach evenings and/ or weekends.

Hours

8–12 hours per week to start, with opportunities to grow as the studio expands.
