Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for equipment and systems, ensuring all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, tools, materials, and spare parts, to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Work Order Management: Create, review, and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, and maintenance activities are prioritized appropriately.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, conducting regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. Generate reports to inform management decisions.
Coordination and Communication: Liaise with operations, engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to operations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, procedures, and technologies, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend equipment life.
Documentation and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and work orders, ensuring documentation is easily accessible and organized.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in maintenance planning, particularly in a high-voltage or industrial environment.
Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS); excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in planning and executing maintenance tasks.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of equipment and system maintenance, particularly for high-voltage systems.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
