Job Description:

We seek an experienced PMO Lead with more than 10 years of Program Management Office (PMO) experience to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. This role combines strategic and tactical leadership to drive organizational project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a central PMO repository of tools, templates, workflows, and governance processes for project managers.
  • Monitor project health across internal tools and review forums, identifying red, troubled, or high-risk projects for watchlist tracking and management escalation.
  • Drive regular project health reviews and ensure timely updates to senior stakeholders on risks, issues, recovery actions, and progress.
  • Consolidate and analyse monthly project financials, including revenue forecast, revenue landing, forecast gaps, and accuracy of submissions.
  • Track billing, ageing, deferred revenue, collections, and accounts payable matters to provide clear management visibility.
  • Partner with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Finance, and Operations teams to validate forecasts, challenge assumptions, and identify project or supplier dependencies.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights covering project performance, financial exposure, resource constraints, and escalation items.
  • Track resource-related issues, customer complaints, and Service Improvement Plans, ensuring follow-up actions are monitored and closed.
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to improve, automate, and streamline PMO reporting, analysis, and governance workflows.


Qualifications



The ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree in Finance / Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of demonstrated PMO or relaed function leadership
  • Proven experience in gathering data on project progress and producing executive-level reports
  • Strong project financial management experience with direct P&L impact
  • Track record of delivering training and mentoring to delivery operations members
  • Hands-on project management experience with proven execution success
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial, project and delivery data to make tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across sales, delivery and operations
  • Extremely well-organized and comfortable coordinating multiple tasks on tight schedules
  • Professional certifications such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
