Coastal Custom Pool is looking for an exceptional A-player Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing sales team. This is a career-defining opportunity for a true closer who understands luxury outdoor living and knows how to turn prospects into long-term clients.

This is a commission only job. We are looking for candidates who have a killer instinct and a hunter mentality.

What You’ll Be Doing

∙ Consult with homeowners to design custom pool and outdoor living projects that exceed their vision

∙ Create stunning 3D presentations using Pool Studio software

∙ Conduct in-home consultations and present comprehensive design proposals

∙ Close high-value contracts with confidence and professionalism

∙ Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline

∙ Build and leverage your network to generate referrals and new business opportunities

∙ Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

∙ Represent Coastal Custom Pool as a trusted advisor in the community

∙ Design knowledge - you understand pool design, outdoor kitchens, landscaping, and luxury outdoor living spaces

∙ Pool Studio proficiency - you can create professional 3D designs that bring projects to life

∙ Value-based selling - you sell on quality, craftsmanship, and long-term value, not on being the cheapest option

∙ Proven closing ability - you know how to ask for the sale and confidently overcome objections

∙ Master of follow-up - you have a systematic approach to staying in touch and never let opportunities slip away

∙ Networking machine - you’re plugged into your community and constantly building relationships

∙ Sales experience in pools, construction, luxury home improvements, or related industries preferred

∙ Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to win
