Powersports Parts Associate – Entry Level (Seasonal – Part-Time)

River Valley Companies is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to support our Parts & Accessories team in Rochester, MN.

This is an entry-level seasonal position — ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within the powersports world.

We are a dealer for the best manufacturers in the industry: Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Ryker, Ski-doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

Job Summary:

• Assist our Service Team with parts and accessory needs.
• Help order and receive parts from top vendors.
• Manage shipping/receiving and check in parts daily.
• Handle inbound phone calls for the Parts & Accessories department.
• Look up and invoice parts and accessories for customers.
• Support service writing and cashiering.
• Restock shelves and help with merchandising displays.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Schedule:
This position is part-time, and the hours are flexible during store hours. Our store hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM, Saturdays 9:00AM-3:00PM. Most Saturdays will be required.

This position is seasonal and run through the Summer 2025.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based upon experience.
