Job description

ROLE MAY INCLUDE

Immunisations

Women’s health / Antenatal care. Cervical Screening -Contraception advice

Men’s Health

ECGs

24 hour blood pressure monitoring

Dressings

wound care

Post-operative suture removal

Treatment of warts and verrucae / cryotherapy.

Diabetes Care

Chronic Disease Management

Respiratory care - Nursing management of Asthma and COPD

General Nursing

General phlebotomy

Ear Care

Administering long-term medications/injections (eg Cytamen, Depo-Provera, Prolia, Humira)

Indirect Nursing

Liaising with other health professionals in the community / hospital.
