The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Construction/Estimating Manager with extensive main contractor experience, a passion for numbers and delivering top-tier commercial developments.

This is a strategic leadership position for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in pre-construction planning, estimating and management. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping major commercial projects (valued at $100M+), working closely with our estimating and pre-construction teams to develop innovative methodologies and ensure buildability from the ground up.

As a key member of the Regional Senior Management team, you will also contribute to the strategic planning and direction of our operations in Central Otago. Your insights and leadership will help shape the future of our regional growth, project pipeline, and operational excellence.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Extensive expertise in estimating, budgeting and scheduling
• A deep understanding of the commercial construction industry
• Proven success in strategic procurement and operational input
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
