Description:
We are seeking a CabinetVision Automation Technician to join our Pre-Production team to design and maintain our cabinetvision system to continue to allow automated drawing of all major products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in CabinetVision, particularly focused around UCS programming (VBScript and Javascript), as well as proficiency in other CAD/CAM software such as Fusion360, Ardis, and Alphacam. Additionally, we’re flexible for the right candidate, with the potential for remote work or relocation assistance available to Armidale, NSW.

Job Description

Provide ongoing support and improvements to the drawing workflow for Timberline Australia and USA, along with assisting in new product design and liaising with 3rd-party software developers.

Core Accountabilities & Deliverables:
Ensure smooth operation and continues improvement of ORDX based drawing system
Diagnose and solve issues with our operations team
Assist in training new staff on how the systems should be operated

Skills and Experiences:
Skills

Have a great eye for detail and accuracy
Constantly looking for systems improvement
Be an organised and efficient person that likes to be up to date and on top of things
Work well in a high performing team

Experience:
In-depth understanding of CabinetVision software
Good knowledge of the Australian cabinetmaking industry
Computer Drawing (ideally CabinetVision or Fusion360)
Programming experience useful (VBScript/JavaScript)
