Salary: $22 - $25 per hour – Based on Experience

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm - 1:15 am (Sunday-Weds) 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm (Thursday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake & Laser Table Operator to join our fabrication team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining both press brake machines and metal laser cutting tables to produce high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision metal forming and cutting, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Press Brake Operations:

• Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, punch, and form metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges to achieve precise tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Laser Table Operations:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machine to cut metal materials.
• Load and unload materials onto laser cutting tables safely and efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
• Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments for precision.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, materials, and tolerances.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience a plus
• Computer skills – Basic Excel

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
