We are looking for an innovative and execution-oriented Principal Product Manager with a bias for action to lead the product vision and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for HelixGPT strategic AI Agents. This role will drive success of the next-generation innovative solutions, integrated within our Helix ServiceOps suite and position HelixGPT Agents as transformative solutions for CxO-level decision-makers, expanding our reach within large enterprises and competitive markets. As the Principal Product Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic AI roadmap, spearhead partnerships with industry leaders, and set new standards for AI-driven service management solutions in a rapidly evolving market.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • GenAI Portfolio Leadership: Shape the product strategy and GTM for an emerging portfolio of advanced HelixGPT Agents, transforming Service Operations and Enterprise Service Management.
  • HelixGPT Strategy: Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the HelixGPT GenAI platform.
  • Domain Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in Agentic AI, ITSM, and ITOM domains - proactively identifying trends, competitive moves, and future proof the platform for the next big disruptions that Helix product lines can be ahead of.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Champion the unification of product, R&D, UX, and GTM teams to forge unparalleled synergy and relentless execution.
  • Drive GTM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for a fleet of HelixGPT agents, helping position HelixGPT as the leading solution in the ESM and ServiceOps space.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Champion partnerships in both product and GTM with top collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Agent Studio and Google Gemini and Agentspace, to enhance HelixGPT’s capabilities and market reach.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation by leading design partner programs, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to enhance Helix AI Agent offerings.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving the development and launch of innovative products.
  • Experience with AI technologies and Service Management or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, etc).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
