What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define problems, gather requirements, assess current-state capabilities, and recommend adoption strategies.
• Shape and communicate conceptual architectures for full-stack web, mobile, and cloud solutions (microservices, APIs, cloud-native, migration/modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities).
• Lead architecture and engineering teams through ambiguity—driving alignment, tradeoffs, and buy-in with both delivery teams and client executives.
• Provide technical direction and oversight across software engineering and cloud implementation, championing engineering excellence (standards, best practices, and continuous improvement).
• Build and mentor high-performing teams—developing technical leaders and enabling strong client handoffs from recommendation to delivery.
• Develop proposals and executive-ready materials, including solution approach, estimates, resourcing, and budgets; collaborate to assemble the right teams to deliver.
• Contribute to repeatable approaches for discovery, assessment, and solution design grounded in industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, including leading multi-team delivery and progressing into architecture/technical leadership (consulting experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise mid- to senior-level executives; strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on expertise in Java and React (preferred) or Angular; plus proficiency in two or more of: Python, Kotlin, Scala, C#, Go, or Node/TypeScript.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; familiarity with containers and modern cloud hosting patterns.
• Strong Agile/DevOps and continuous delivery practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, configuration management).
• A curious, outcome-focused mindset—balancing “building things right” with “building the right things,” and thriving in complex problem spaces.
