We are looking for licensed real estate professionals who want to build a long term specialty within probate and trust real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for agents who want to develop expertise in a meaningful area of the business while helping families, attorneys, and fiduciaries navigate important transitions with clarity and professionalism.


In this opportunity, you will learn how to work closely with families, attorneys, and fiduciaries across both court confirmed and full authority transactions. You will develop practical skills in valuation, communication, and negotiation while learning how to manage complex timelines and sensitive situations with confidence and professionalism.


You will operate inside an established South Bay platform that provides structured education, proven outreach methods, and one on one mentorship. With clear systems and consistent support, you will learn how to generate opportunities, manage transactions efficiently, and build a long term practice within a focused real estate niche.


Probate and trust real estate is often considered a durable niche because it is driven by life transitions and estate planning rather than market cycles. This can provide agents with steady opportunities to serve clients even during shifting market conditions.

Compensation:

$165,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Learn to generate new probate and trust opportunities through targeted lead generation
  • Follow up with clients and prospects to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Attend team meetings and trainings to sharpen skills and stay accountable
  • Participate in attorney and fiduciary networking to expand your referral base
  • Research and pull information directly from the courts to identify potential listings
  • Conduct probate and trust listing appointments with professionalism and care
  • Support clients through the full sales process, from appointment to closing
  • Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and improve results
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Sales experience
  • License required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
  • Attorney - Fiduciary network a plus
  • Driven
  • Must live in the area
