Procesoperator Qc

Procesoperator QC:

Als Procesoperator QC zal je meewerken aan het productieproces volgens de afgesproken standaard operations procedures (SOP’s). In afwijkende gevallen zorg je voor het terugbrengen naar de gewenste situatie in samenwerking met de Supervisor of Quality Control lab technician. Je vervangt supervisor of de laborant bij diens afwezigheid. Er wordt gewerkt in 5-ploegendienst om de productie van harsen en coatings te realiseren. Het productieproces van resins kenmerkt zich door exotherme processen welke plaatsvinden in 3 reactoren en 2 post reactoren.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het controleren en bijsturen van de productie-installaties aan de hand van procesvoorschriften, recepturen en aanvullende instructies
• Het oplossen van (proces)technische storingen
• Het signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en bijregelen van variabelen binnen regelgrenzen
• Assisteren van de technische dienst bij grote onderhoudswerkzaamheden en/of storingen.
• Overleggen met (vaktechnisch) leidinggevende en/of laboratorium bij grotere afwijkingen.

Profiel:

• Eerdere training en ervaring vereist, MBO/VAPRO B- werk en denkniveau
• Heftruckcertificaat
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
• Krachtvermogen, kwaliteitsbewustzijn, probleemoplossend vermogen, zelfstandigheid
