You will provide key product & business insights for Commerce Platform Analytics to optimize and grow the impact of our products & experiences. Data & Analytics is the mainstay of the organization and high-quality data, systems and processes have the power to make a significant impact on the tactical and strategic decision making for the organization. This role requires a candidate that understands how product data correlates with business performance and customer feedback, collaborating with Product, GTM and CX teams.
What you'll do
Partner with Commerce product managers and other Adobe internal customers to understand their analytics needs to drive a unified road -map
Deliver detailed technical requirements and user stories for data engineering as well as BI dashboards
Collaborate with engineering, product managers, architects, and other technical leaders on the execution and delivery of data & BI capabilities
Handle internal product requests from business owners, engineering leaders and other cross functional partners
Develop release communication plans, identify early adaptors, drive pilots to ensure rapid adoption of new data platform offerings
Help drive business goals by iterative optimization & growth mentality grounded in data with product & growth partners
What's needed to succeed
10+ years of Data Analytical skills and statistics skills
Effectively work with design, business, operations, finance and IT
Experience with UX data as well as A/B testing analytics
Ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
Strong story telling skills using data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present to upper management.
Expertise with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools
Build, automate and deliver reports and dashboards
Author data pipelines via SQL and python based ETL framework
Have a deep understanding of end-to-end data infrastructure and analysis, including but not limited to data collection, data processing, data analysis, and data visualization
Have ability to identify where focus is needed and bring clarity to business objectives, requirements and priorities
Expertise in SQL or Hive.
Extreme attention to detail and ability to synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas and insights to others
Experience with Python, R or any other scripting language
Expertise with Web Analytics Tools like Adobe Analytics
Experience with A/B Testing analysis
BS is required, MBA a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,600 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
