Product Content & Website Qa Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Content & Website QA Specialist to support multiple brands by ensuring product information, specification sheets, and website content are accurate, up to date, and easy to find through on-site search. This role is focused on content accuracy, version control, and preventative quality assurance—not creative or promotional marketing.

You will play a key role in maintaining product data integrity across websites and shared systems, helping ensure customers and internal teams always access the correct information.

Responsibilities

• Website & Content Auditing

· Review product pages to identify outdated or incorrect specification sheets

· Verify that downloadable documents reflect current, approved product versions

· Flag discrepancies and inconsistencies before they impact customers

Specification Sheet Management

· Maintain version control for all product specification documents

· Update spec sheets based on approved product changes

Product Information & Search Support

· Review and maintain product search terms and metadata used for on-site search

· Ensure products are easily discoverable through website search functionality

Process & Documentation

· Maintain a centralized inventory of products and specification documents

· Track update history, review cycles, and document status

· Follow established audit, review, and update workflows consistently

Required Skills & Experience

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Experience managing technical, product-based, or structured content

· Comfortable working with spreadsheets and shared file systems

· Ability to follow defined processes and quality standards reliably

Nice to Have

· Experience with manufacturing or technical products

· Familiarity with Content governance practices

· Background in quality assurance, operations, or documentation management

· At least 2 years of experience in a content editing role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
