• Lead and manage the product design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Drive the entire product design lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality designs that align with user needs, business goals, and industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain design processes, workflows, and standards to streamline product design efforts and promote consistency across projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their implementation when appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (At least 2 years) in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing design teams, fostering collaboration and inspiring creativity.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and design thinking processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, influence stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
